What you describe is called “electrician horror”. One of the blocks on the CAN bus is buggy and closes the bus. Diagnostics goes on the same bus, so it helps little. Either it is not there at all, or there is an error in CAN communication in all blocks. You need to look for a block in which there is NO error on the bus. Moreover, the motor block has nothing to do with it, if the motor does not stall. The most likely candidate, an electric amplifier. Can be disconnected for testing. The box should work.

What should I do if the lamp lights up?

Speaking of which! The signal lamp often lights up when driving over bumps and goes out as soon as the car starts off on a more or less level road.
