Hyundai Solaris, released before restyling in 2014, were offered in trim levels (in ascending order of price and equipment) Classic, Optima, Comfort.

In the maximum configuration of Elegance, the buyer receives, in addition to the above, climate control, 6 speakers of the audio system, Bluetooth.

Hyundai Solaris is equipped with modern 1.6 or 1.4 liter DOHC Gamma inline four-cylinder petrol engines that use multi-point injection technology and continuously variable valve timing.
These engines are characterized by low fuel consumption (for version 1.4 MT, fuel consumption is 5.9 liters per 100 km, for 1.4 AT – 6.4 liters per 100 km, for 1.6 MT – 6.0 liters per 100 km, and for version 1.6 AT – 6.5 liters per 100 km).
The power and torque of the 1.6-liter engine will be 123 hp.
and 155 Nm, and a 1.4-liter – 107 hp.
and 135 Nm.
The engine works with a four-speed automatic transmission or a standard five-speed manual transmission.
On machines of the 2014 model with a 1.6 engine, now there are 6-speed “automatic” and “mechanics”.

Solaris front suspension – independent, MacPherson type; rear – semi-independent torsion bar.
Disc brakes, front – ventilated.
The ground clearance of the car is 160 mm.
As part of preparing the car for Russian conditions, Hyundai Solaris received stiffer and more energy-intensive springs and shock absorbers.
The suspension works confidently on gravel, but good noise isolation will not hurt.
In addition, the car is equipped with a rear window defroster, a 4-liter windshield washer reservoir with a fluid level sensor, and a 60 Ah battery for easy cold starting.

The safety of the Hyundai Solaris is ensured by the presence of standard front airbags, anti-lock brakes with brake force distribution system, the function of automatic activation of alarms during emergency braking.
Hyundai Solaris has an energy-absorbing body, which is manufactured using high-strength steel.
In the maximum Elegance configuration, the car is equipped with six airbags.
